Their services ranged from biohazard cleanup to porta-potty rentals, but everything lived on a single page that confused visitors and diluted their credibility. We restructured the entire website around clarity and compassion—reframing how their services were presented, renaming stigmatized terms, and designing a user experience that felt human first, transactional second.
